I want to upgrade my firmware, but the instructions say that I should "write down all my settings then enter them manually after upgrading." I guess I don't mind resetting them, but is there an easy way to capture what my settings are before the upgrade?

Generally speaking, we can backup the config file before we update. System Tools--Backup & Restore

After updating, we can upload the file directly.

Certainly, if the latest firmware does not support to uploade the old config file, you have to check all the settings manually and reconfigure them one by one.
