Just got a ac1900 and installed it. Got the Roku running, and the two computers. However If I'm using my computer and turn on Roku streaming the the computers won't go on line and usually disconnect from the router. Computers are fast when the Roku is not on. Initially hooking it up I came up with a message the WAN was not recognized. I reloaded the router and put in to clone the wan. Nothing changed. Any help appreciated.:o

What kind of application are you using on your computer?
How you connect Roku to the router, wired or wirelessly?

To transmit the data from your internet connection to your computer/laptop or television you need to activate your Roku Account. 

 

For that, you need to enter the Roku activation code which displays on your TV screen. If you are not able to get the activation code you can contact our experts to get the best technical assistance.
