Logging in always defaults to Quick Setup

Is it normal for the TP-Link admin interface to always default to Quick Setup after logging in? I always click on the basic or advanced tab immediately depending on what I need to do, but it's a bit confusing to see the first time setup pop up every time I load the settings page.
