Archer CR700 - 2.4g network gets reset every few days and 5g works fine

Archer CR700 - 2.4g network gets reset every few days and 5g works fine

I am just 30 days on this product and seeing strange issues with the CR700.
After every 2-3 days the 2.4g n/w password does not work and i kept thinking someone hacked my router and kept changing passwords and started rebooting and then the passwords work.
But the strange part the 5g works fine and no issues.
Is this a firmware issue or this is how the product works.
And need to fix this work around(reboot), if this is a mess do i go for a refund.
Let me know if anyone having similar issues.
