Unable to block MAC ID (already on blacklist) & other security issues

Hello,
On this router the latest firmware includes "HOMECARE" which also has antivirus function. You can see history of attacks from there.
To my surprise, I spotted an unknown MAC ID and seemingly severe type of attacks it was getting. I immediately put it on the black list, but I continue to find it on the antivirus history. I tested the black list MAC filtering and it works just fine for other devices. (I tried to use white list function to enable only my devices but for some reason the router cuts off ALL wireless connection... repeated firmware update didn't help )
I made changes to router as suggested by routersecurity.org to make it as secure as I can. However, I keep getting these. Here is the screenshot. The types of attack concerns me.
Any ideas to deter these intrusions?
