Archer T9E makes monitor flicker, very strange
Model :
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I recently purchased an Archer T9E card and I am having really bad problems with it causing my monitor to flicker. When I use the middle antenna, it will consistently cause the monitor to turn off for a few (3 or so) seconds every few minutes. If I am in a game full screen, it forces it out of full screen mode. In addition to the random occurrences of screen flicker on it's own, I can also reproduce it by clicking on the network icon in the system tray. If I connect only the 2 outer antennas, the flickering madness doesn't seem to happen.
I've tried moving the card to a different PCI slot and uninstalling/reinstalling (and deleting/redownloading the driver in the process) in device manager.
Does this sound like faulty hardware or something? I have zero issues with my PC otherwise. The speed and performance of the card are pretty good, but I am not satisfied with a defective brand-new product I just purchased.
Thanks for any advice!
