What is the adaptor model and version V1 V2 etc? What is the firmware update file name?

Make sure you are using the latest tpPLC utility version. And updating directly to each adaptor via Ethernet is more reliable.

So most likely you have the wrong firmware version. You need to check label on adaptor for exact model and version.

Correct firmware. Did you extract the firmware to a GGL file?
There is another possible reason is that the current firmware is already the latest one.

Or you can force it via the recovery utility I posted on a previous thread.
