I have a TP-Link AC1750 router and it appears that wifi is no longer working. I still have internet access on my pc but wireless devices are no longer connected. I'm also unable to connect to the router's settings using 192.168.0.1 or tplinkwifi.net in my browser. How can I fix the router's wifi and how can I access the router's settings? Thanks in advance.

Ipconfig in command prompt confirms that default gateway = 192.168.0.1
I've tried resetting the router.
I've tried unplugging the power cord for 1 minute, then replugging.
I can ping the router with no issues
PC is directly connected with wire and internet works.
Wireless devices like ipad and phones don't have internet.

What's the specific modem.no of your router? How about the lights on the router ?
Is there any other devices that connected to the router with cable?
It is suggested to simply your network topology, just the PC---router's LAN port, power cord.
unplug anything else of the router and than login to the 192.168.0.1
After login, then change your wifi settings, such as SSID , password, channel or channel width.
If the firmware is not the latest, update the firmware to latest first.

Model: Archer C7 (US) version 2.0

Lights all work fine. Power light is on. System light flashes. Both Wireless flashes. Ethernet and Internet flashes (also tried connecting to different ethernet port with no luck).

Only other device connected to the router is the modem. pc wired to ethernet 1. modem wired to internet. I unplugged the modem and still can't access 192.168.0.1. Next I unplugged power cord and replugged. Next I tried resetting the router. Still doesn't work.

The modem's about 7-8 months old. It was working fine, no changes to it since I bought it. Came home from work yesterday and wifi just stopped working. I've tried both Chrome and Edge to access 192.168.0.1. I've been able to access it in the past various times using Chrome.

Are you able to see the wifi name of the router ? After reset, the wifi name goes back to the default tp-link. connect this one first and try to login 192.168.0.1 on your phone or any other mobile devices

I've upgraded my Archer C8 V1 from an old FW (from 2014) to the latest c8v1_un-up-ver4-0-0-P4[20160517-rel44603].bin and I have a similar problem like the original poster.
Only the 3 lights on the right are on, the left 3 are off.
-no wlan
-I can't access the web configuration
-I can press the WPS/reset as long as I want, nothing happens
-the funny thing is wired routing is still working like it was a switch - I used the router as access point, no wan off, the dhcp off and had a different IP.

Any ideas?

DHCP if off, you can unplug other cables from the router, just a PC to the LAN port, set a static IP on the PC be the same segment with the router and login

Thank you for your reply. I've tried as you said.
-I've set my local IP to 192.168.0.2
-I'm able to ping the router on port 192.168.0.1
-but I can't access web interface.
-the 3 lights on the left are still off, the 3 on the right are on

are there any tools I could try to access the router?

Thanks, I'll ask the support and see if they have anything for me. Unfortunately the device is over 2 years old, so no warranty....

@kthao

I"m having the same issue... Internet works fine, but I can´t access the configuration page.

I'm cable wired to the router, no other cable pugged besides me and the modem.

Wireless works fine too, but I can't access the route page whem I type its IP on the browser.

Route: TP-link AC1750 rev 4.0
