I just purchased the AC1750 router and thought I set it up correctly. My PS4 was able to connect and worked just fine. But both of my laptops show an X in a circle next to the network name and won't connect.

1. Does your laptop ask for a wireless password when you hit connect? If not, forget the network, refresh the WiFi list, re connect. 2. Restart your laptops. 3. Login the router and change the wireless settings, such as SSID/wireless network name, or channel
