What's the exact issue with the EAP225-outdoor?

It's no longer powered on?

If so, please change a short cable, press and hold the reset button, see if it will be fixed.

If still no help, you may contact your retailer to get a replacement.

If the power is working, and there is some other issues, please let us know more details.

  @Vincent-TP Thanks for ur response, i changed the cable, the PoE adapter works, but the EAP doesn't powered on, i noticed when i plug the cable into the eap port that the temperature of the eap has increased, but the LED doesn't light up.

Did you try the reset button?

If plug the EAP into the EAP-wall cable, will it power on?

How long is the cable you are using?

If possible, please try a shorter cable. 

If you have tried all of above and the issue persists, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

  @Vincent-TP yes i tried the reset button, the cable is 1 m, when i plug the cable the temperature of the eap increase but it doesn't powered on.

I'm a vendor of the tplink product in tunisia, and this eap is from one of my client that he buy it from me 3 days ago.

There is not much we can do for no power issue.

If you also tried different power outlets, you'd better contact your distributor.
