I recently upgraded my Omada software controller to version 5.13.30.8.

I have 65 sites, and 198 AP’s, all managed by the controller.

After the upgrade, lots of the access points, at several sites, got stuck in a strange adopting/provisioning boot loop and the devices failed to connect. This has been a breaking change and the access points at site no longer work. It appears that the software upgrade has affected certain access points running certain firmware versions. The only way that I have been able to resolve this issue is to visit site, upgrade the firmware and re-adopt. As you can imagine, this is far from ideal and very embarrassing. I am now very nervous about updating the controller again.

Is there a fix to resolve this adopting/provisioning loop from the controller?
