CloudFlare DDNS/ other providers that do not use a "GET" request
Please allow the user to make simple "PUT", and "POST" requests, maybe add CURL to the OS of these routers, I personally own an ER7206, which is a spare, and an ER8411. I would like to have a custom curl command that I can get executed by the router, this would allow a lot more flexibility.

1. it is not urgent but if I could just run a simple curl command or string of them that would be great.
2. I want to be able to make rest api calls such as POST PUT etc.. to cloudflare ddns servers.
3. I expect this to pull from an active interface for instance like sfp+ 1 and get the IPv4 and IPv6 address to update the records.
4. Sure this would be used for any port forwarding that I use and VPN that I host. It allows me to have a legitimate domain on a well know registrar. But if we can do simple curl commands and have this as an addition that maybe the router or controller executes this would be ideal.
sorry for the very late reply I forgot to answer this.
