Model: EAP653   TL-SG2428P   EAP670
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 5

I have an issue with WiFi network working fine but without internet. When I first set it up it was fine but after a few losses of incoming broadband which are now resolved, we are unable to use internet over the WiFi network.

What we have is an SG2428P switch which is connected to the incoming Virgin Media router and the switch delivers internet over hardwired ethernet cabling to different ports and that works fine.  It also delivers internet to 3x Wireless Access Points (EAP670 and EAP653) around the house which we can connect to but they do not provide internet over WiFi. Please advise possible causes and advice on how to set up properly or reconfigure - thanks

Thanks @Hank21 and @MR.S for your responses.  I ended up disconnecting two additional bits of hardware from my network being an old D-Link Router and a 2x Meross Mesh Whole of Home WiFi System which may also act as a router.  After resetting the Virgin Media router all the WAPs worked great and so I think that must have been the issue.  Too many routers?  Would that make sense?  Are you only meant to have one router or can I still re-connect my Meross Mesh system which I had planned to use in the basement where signal is really poor?

Can other devices connected to the switch access the internet? To test internet connectivity, disconnect one AP from the switch and connect a computer. This is way to determine whether the switch's Ethernet port can give Ethernet connectivity to the AP that is connected to it. Do you use a controller to manage the APs?Have you changed any settings on the AP or Switch?akin to VLAN. If you do, it may prevent the AP from connecting to the internet. You can try removing the AP from the controller to see if the controller's settings are causing this problem.

There could be additional routers connected to the internet, however you should be aware that various routers' LAN IP addresses should be assigned to different subnets to avoid IP conflicts.Furthermore, remember not to create a loop connection to the internet, since this may produce a network issue.
