Dear Support team,

I need your help. i installed 2 ap Wifi 6 EAP620(US)HD and EAP610(EU).

Some mobile only connect Wi-Fi 6 and other acess points did not connect. with some mobile.

kindly advise how to solve this issues.so that any mobile can connect to wifi 6 and other wifi.

Some client devices may not be compatible with PMF, please go to Controller->Settings->Wireless network->WLAN, change the WPA mode to WPA2-PSK/AES, and PMF choose Capable. See exampe screenshot:
