para reportar un problema con la nueva actualizacion todos mis cliente quedaron en lan y no en inalambrico ahora a todos les pide de nuevo el voucher que hago para solucionar ese error

Thanks for reporting this issue to our community. May I confirm some information below:
1. What is the overall network topology of your current setup when encountering this issue?
2. Could you please provide information about your current SSID and Portal configurations?
If possible, sharing some configuration screenshots would be more helpful and intuitive.
3. What is the behavior of the client that is unable to connect to the Voucher SSID at the moment?
Is the client unable to obtain an IP address? Or is it unable to connect to the SSID?
Alternatively, does the client need to reconnect to the SSID and re-enter the Voucher Code to resolve the problem?
4. Could you please confirm if the problem only occurred after the upgrade period? Also, let me know if the client can automatically regain internet access without any manual intervention or actions being taken.

Para que la red funcione, tienes que desactivar el portal. Al desactivar el portal, el sistema vuelve a conectar automáticamente a los clientes en modo inalámbrico. Cuando se activa, los pone a todos en modo LAN y no vuelven a tener acceso a Internet. 3.
el comportamiento del cliente que pasa de inalámbrico a lan y pierde la conexión a internet. el sistema vuelve a pedir el comprobante como si no reconociera que el dispositivo ya está autorizado para tener internet. Lo otro que descubrí es que los comprobantes creados antes de la actualización ya no son reconocidos por el sistema, dice que el comprobante no era válido y el estado fue creado en el sistema.
El problema comenzó con la actualización porque todo funcionaba bien hasta que actualicé el sistema y reinicié el sistema y sigue igual, solo está habilitando el portal para que todos los usuarios pasen de inalámbrico a LAN y pierdan la conexión.
