I am receiving a double notification of everything from my controller.

 

Example when i login. the email from notification is identical.

 

 

You can check the screenshot with similar time.

 

Can i only have one of each notification?

What is the version of your Controller? It's hardware OC200 or software controller?

Your took the screenshot from email notification(Settings > Controller >Mail Server) correct? Or from a log server?

If you login the Controller >Log page, will you also see the same double notification?

Im using OC200 v5.1.7. the screenshot was taken from my email inbox, just the notification send by email is duplicated. logs on event are normal.

In light of previous experience with some problems, we recommend that you may try rebooting the OC200 and test again and it will usually be resolved.
