TP EAP225 Outdoor has no upload
Hi,
My EAP225 Outdoor doesn't have any results for the upload when i test it through: https://www.speedtest.net/
I have the problem on 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The download speeds are ok. But when I start a videocall or another action that requires uploading data it doens't work at all.
When I'm connected directly to the router I don't have any upload problems. I've switched cables and tried the steps mentioned on: https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/164112?page=1

Hey there, how about upgrading the firmware version into 5.0.3, after you upgrade try to reset the EAP to make sure all the advanced settings are lost. Then connect to the default SSID that looks like "TP-Link" to check if you can get an upload speed. Try to test with other clients to make sure it is not an isolated issue.
I see that another customer has the similar issue with you. https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/243736
After checking there has an upload limit on the switch port.
Did you connect the EAP to the router directly, and use the "Standalone" mode of the EAP?(Standalone means you have no controller software or hardware controller).
