General Error
Dear Guys,
I am facing a problem that I can't modify ot edit anything in the portal page. alwats receiving General Error. How Can Solve this problem or even to remove the exsiting portal page and re-creat a new one.

What's the version of your Omada Controller? Are you logging the controller page from Cloud Access(https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/)?

Do you have the general error when configuring other functions with the omada controller?
If you create a new site on the Omada Controller, without managing any devices, would you still get the same error when configuring portal in the new site?
Have you tried re-installing the controller for checking?

@Fae Yes, the software is already reinstalled ny updating to v4.2.11 from v4.2.8. I didn't try to add a new site. How can I delete the existing Portal from the software or from the system files ? then I can re-create a new portal.

@Fae The General Error comes only when doing any modifications is the Portal Page.

Hi,
I would like to report the same error too, only in the 'Portal' page, Voucher type.
My Devices connected are two EAP 110 and have:
Firmware Version: 5.0.0 Build 20200914 Rel. 52854
and my controller has:
Controller Version: 4.2.11
Firmware Version: 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627
I've tried accessing the Controller's page both on the Cloud access (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/) and by using the Local IP of the OC200, and still encountered the same 'General Error' issue in the Portal's page.
I've previously had my Portal configured, with background image, PNG logo, I've even tried putting an advertisement, but right now, I can't make any changes.
Could you help us fix this please?

@dcmnghs There is a problme in your Data-Base. Contact the support and they will fix it.

@mohkhalifa Thank you. I'm unable to contact them through chat, and phone numbers here in our country. I'm still trying to find another way.
Can I ask if your issue about 'General Error' on Portal page was already fixed? And was it fixed by contacting them?
