Best real life speeds with EAP245 or EAP265HD ?
Anybody did iper3 tests with EAP245 or EAP265HD and 2x2 client ? I have iper3 server runing localy and via wire I can get 900 Mbits/sec easy, when checking EAP265HD (so its same as EAP245 as I know) can get with 2X2 clients (several Sony phones) only ~300 Mbits/sec even 1m from AP....
Have 2 EAP265HD and both have same speed, 80 MHz width, Auto channel and no any overlapping or interfernce. Airtime Fairness OFF.

Hey
I have an EAP245 and done some iperf tests previously and got around the 370 range, just ran then now and got 457 average, but the air is pretty quiet today with no other rel traffic going on. This is on a 2x wifi card (intel AC-8265) on 5GHZ channel 40 to a 1GB LAN connected desktop. Range is approx 6m from AP through a stud wall
Hope that helps!

Hey.. Just realised that you mentioned a sony phone in the first post so i have ran IPerf3 on my mobile connected to the same AP as before.
Only difference is my Phone is 1x aerial so its "connected" at ~390mbps.... iperf comes in at 150mbps, which I would expect for 1x , double that for 2x... sounds plausable
Being honest, with the results you are getting on a mobile device.. this isn't unexpected and personally I would say well within expectations.
IF you check this video out here, this chap review the latest Uniquiti Nano Wifi6 which is a more expensive device.. hes getting the same results as you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5WUifimRcE
Honestly.. I dont see anything wrong here with your results. In your scenario and setup i would expect 300 to 350 tops.. Sorry..

Hi @Egis,
Using a variety of internet speed tests (I have Gigabit FIOS -- FTTH) such as Ookla SpeedTest, SpeedSmart, and Fast.com, I routinely see application-level speeds of 350-550 Mbit/sec DL & UL on my EAP225V3's and EAP245V3's when testing with a variety of 2x2 clients over 5.8GHz (80 MHz).
iPerf speeds are generally ~15-30% higher.
