Chromebooks cannot connect to 2.4Ghz
I have three chromebooks (different models, two on the latest OS release stable channel, one on the latest release beta channel) that cannot connect to the 2.4G band on my home network. When I try to connect to the 2.4G, I get an error message "Out of range". The SSID is clearly in range and with excellent signal, all other devices can connect and maintain a strong connection. I tested by shuting down the router and APs and using an old netgear router, the chromebooks successfully connected to the netgear's 2.4G wifi.
Network setup:
TLR600VPN router
2 EAP 225 V3 2.20.1
1 EAP 225 Outdoors V1 1.20,0
OC200 controller
I'd really appreciate any input on how to fix this.

For the issue that Chromebooks(or devices with Ubuntu Mate system) cannot connect to the 2.4GHz band on EAP225-Outdoor v1 (or EAP225 v3), the R&D team has made a beta firmware to fix the issue after multiple investigations. If you happen to suffer from such issue, please follow the link below to download the beta firmware.

The official firmware 5.0.3 for the EU/US version has been released, which has fixed the issue mentioned above.

The second link is not working.
Takes me to a page that says " Please go to TP-Link Offical Website to get products, software and services for your region."
Also, why did it take over a month to make beta firmware available to the community after sending it to me? I feel like a bigger, dumber guinea pig than I already did.

Hi, I cannot connect my Chromebook to the 2,4Ghz generated by my Archer C60 V2.0, while the laptop connects fine to any other 2,4 Ghz networks.
Tried so many things and followed all suggestions I could find on internet, without success. Only way to establish the connection to the Archer is to let it open without any authentication, which I would like not to do.
Not official firmware update appears for my router. Is there any possibility to fix the issue? It is quite frustrating.

Within the Omada Controller, I'm getting a notice that there is an updated version of the firmware for my EAP225 (5.0.3 Build 20210316 Rel. 67358)
I have been running the beta version that you posted (EAP225v3_5.0.1_[20210315-rel37995]_up_beta)
Is this an update to the beta firmware? Does it incorporate the same fixes as the beta? Should we be updating? Or stay on the beta?

Sorry to hear that you have trouble with the Archer C60 V2.0. This is Business Community for business products, however.
For your Archer C60, it's suggested to post the issue under WiFi Routers Forums on the Home Network Community instead.

Yes, it's the update to the beta firmware, you can upgrade the firmware to fix the issue that Chromebooks cannot connect to 2.4GHz.
