im using eap110 hotspot captive portal.when i try to extend wifi range using another wifi extender or repeater.all my client connected to repeater is directly connected to internet without login or portal.pls.help how to solve this..

That's because most SOHO repeaters use bridged client mode to bridge the two WiFi networks. In this mode the repeater's WiFi chip works as an AP (in MASTER mode) and as a client (in STA mode). Since the 802.11 standard uses only three MAC addresses for Ehernet frames between the repeater and the EAP, frames sent from the repeater to the EAP include only the Ethernet MAC address of the repeater, but not the MAC address of the requesting device on the AP side of the repeater.

In other words: For the EAP it looks like the repeater is the requesting device, thus it actually logs in the repeater, but not the device which did send the original request. The first user loggin in also »logs in« all other users (actually not, but it seems so) connecting to the repeater later and if the first user is logged out after expiration of the session, all other users seem to have logged out, too.

To overcome this, some repeaters support WDS (Wireless Distribution System). If WDS is enabled, a 4-addr mode will be used to include the Ethernet MAC address of the requesting device in the 802.11 WiFi frames sent from the station to the AP, therefore creating a transparent bridge to the repeater's client network. WDS is a feature found in some SOHO repeaters (e.g. in TL-WA901ND) and in business class devices such as the Pharos CPE/WBS models. I don't know wether the EAP supports 4-addr mode - it would have to do so to ensure that a WDS repeater connecting to an EAP would work, but I never did investigate.

Anyway, don't use repeaters to extend the WiFi coverage for large crowds, they will make too much trouble such as more RF interferences, hidden/exposed node problems and loss of AirTime due to packet retransmissions.

Better use a second EAP110-Outdoor connected by wire or by a true relay link with two CPE510 (note: 5 GHz band!) to connect a distant EAP110-Outdoor wirelessly. Or consider use of the new EAP225-Outdoor in a mesh network, which allows to wirelessly connect EAPs together, but avoids typical problems you run into with repeaters.

If it's a public hotspot w/o encryption/WPA2 key: no change to keep people from using it (except by blocking their MACs or using a daily changing password for the login).

You can use EAP225-Outdoor with mesh feature to build the whole outdoor Wi-Fi networking, instead of your current repeater. 

As Mr. Gary_Wen wrote, use EAP225-Outdoor with Mesh network functionality for such an area. Mount them on walls of the houses and ensure they have (almost) free line of sight. Start with 3 devices and add APs as needed to cover the area.

For your use case, the EAP225-Outdoor with mesh networking is much better. But before buying, make sure you understand the concept of mesh networks.

Note also, that you will need at least 3 or 4 EAP225-Outdoor and the Omada EAP-Controller to create a mesh network in the area shown in your photo.
