Smart Switch not connecting to internet

I followed the instructions of the user guide but still am unable to connect to internet. I am getting a Local Area Connection to an Unidentified Network. I tried to make sure the static IP of the PC and the switch was not the same, but still on the same subset as the router. The light on the switch is flashing green.

This is the very common Problems on Windows, this may occur due to the incorrect settings of the IP address configuration. you can use below step to resolve the issue
Release and renew IP address for your computer and check if it works.
1. Press Windows key + X and select “command prompt (admin)”.
2. Type ipconfig /release and hit Enter.
3. Then type ipconfig /renew and hit Enter.
4. Type Exit and hit Enter.
