I'm trying to upgrade my ER605 via One Time upgrade (Upload Firmware for Upgrade) in controller mode, but it keeps failing:
Is it not possible to do it via this option in Controller? Or it's a bug?
Cheers

No one reported anything similar. I assume it could be a problem with your environment.
As you can see, many have upgraded their 605 without a problem in controller mode.
Try from the local upgrade? Or incognito mode. I think it could be an environment thing.

yes i had the same problem. rasperry pi4 with 2gb ram, i moved the hard drive to a pi with 4gb and then i got the upgrade. so i suspect that it was low memory that was the problem. i don't know, what are you running the controller on?

Im running it in Docker on NAS - 16Gb of RAM, no limit of memory for that particular docker.
I'll have to investigate that then. Previous updates of fw from this controller worked without any issue.
Thanks for suggestion tho. :)
