Model: VIGI NVR1008H-8MP
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

hi,

On opening live view page I have to switch layout and turn on channels on every single opening page.

The same is with stream - I have to change stream to that I want after selecting channel...

How can I have stored last layout and selected channels permanently so I could not have to switch it again on every time I'm opening page?

Hi @wajdam

I don't understand what you mean.

There are four ways to see the live view. Which one do you need? It seems that you are accessing it via the web. Web does not preserve the layout.

NVR GUI direct link to a monitor, it should not be a problem as you connect it 24/7 via that monitor.

Web does not, of course, it is a web.

VSM can be a long-lasting software on the system as long as you don't kill it.

VMS is cloud-based. Same as the web if you log in via the web.

Fundamentally, it does not preserve. The ways I listed are trying to keep the program alive so it does not lose the config.

Hi @wajdam

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Use VSM. Not the web.
