Hi all,

based od suggestion from Clive_A, I open the issue here:

the EAP615 access points cannot identify their own ports using LLDP - map says, I'm connected to port 3 of switch - but via which port? physically they're connected via ETH0....

and just now I've noted, that in controller I can see/configure only three ETH ports (1-3) - ETH0 is missing........

EAPs are connected to the network via PoE ports of SG2008P

firmware versions:

  • Controller: 5.15.20.13 (Windows based)
  • EAP615 v1.0: 1.5.0 Build 20240830 Rel. 63168
  • SG2008P v3.20: 3.20.5 Build 20250117 Rel.60471
  • ER605 v2.0: 2.2.6 Build 20240718 Rel.82712

Hi  @ZoloNN

Did you try reboot the EAP?

If possible, you may try to reboot the devices in the following order:

controller>router>switch>EAP615-wall

Or you can try forget the EAP615-wall and re-adopt it. see if it works.
