Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 15.20.0.13

I m using the SDN Controller, not oc200, but wasnt able to enter sdn

My neighbors are elder people and i offered them to save some money by connecting their tv through my omada network
eap650 is next to them

i created a guest network in omada controller and tried to conenct to it with an avm 1200 repeater, it worked..sometimes, sometimes not...
Funfact, this device found all devices connected to my LAN within seconds, WITHIN the Guest Network, not even Omada Controller is capable to see all devices in client list...even several conencted by dhcp, so a simple repeater in guest wlan finds all....not very secure guest network

back to problem
i changed the location of my eap 650 and connected their tv and SkyQ Receiver directly to the omada guest network
things like Internet conenction are shown as ok, netflix is working
just not the Syk own services..error 15020

Hours of searching brought me to this Article

"

I was looking for the reason why my Sky Q box was giving me the error message "15020" even though the connection to the Internet was still there, all apps were working perfectly (e.g. Netflix or YouTube) and I was able to play on-demand offers from my history without any problems.

I started the packet capture on the firewall, restarted the Sky Q box and ran through the scenario again until error 15020. The analysis of the trace was a bit astonishing: even if all connection tests were successful and all connections were established, the Sky Q box discarded them coldly with error 15020. After further investigation of the trace, I then determined the cause. This is to be found in the ICMP protocol, i.e. if a PING from the Sky Q box goes nowhere because it is discarded (DROP) or rejected (REJECT) by the router, for example, then this is exactly the error message, i.e. you have to make sure that ICMP8 is allowed.

Outgoing ICMP8 explicitly allowed in the LANCOM router for the Sky-Box to the gateway and Internet: problem solved, error 15020 is history."

I m searching now for a way to allo ICMP in Guest Network
Until that i placed their devices into my main wifi, without "GUEST" feature, there the receiver is working fine

bonus will be the solution, to get a true guest wifi , no conenction to main lan, seperated IP addresses, maybe or not connection between guest devices
but first, lets find out how to get icmp working for this bad box SkyQ receiver

Hi  @Chaotix

Normally, clients connect to the RE network won't be able to access the LAN clients. Please allow us some time to test more.

What's the model number of the EAP you are using?

Could you please give us a screenshot of the error 15020 page? We would also like to know what kind of service it is from the screenshot.
