VIGI C540-W V1 not working on Jio SIM Card
VIGI C540-W V1, 4G CCTV camera does not work on Jio 5G SIM card, whereas other SIM cards (BSNL and Idea is working)
Hello Support,
I need to use the Jio SIM card as the location has coverage only for Jio network.
kindly provide a solution ASAP, or i may have to return the product.

Do you mean C540 4G?
C540-W is a wireless model for the WIFI connection.
I am aware that 5G is backwards compatible but it could also be the reason it does not work with 4G. Gotta check it, don't you?
Some bands may not be supported. This is common. In a country, the 3 to 5G bands are taken by different vendors.
