Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.34.2 Build 20250110 Rel.75707

We are using an ER-7206 V2 router with two internet connections:

  • ISP 1 is connected to WAN 2.
  • ISP 2 is connected to WAN/LAN 2.

The router is adopted into the Omada OC200 controller. However, we are experiencing the following issues:

  1. VLAN and Bandwidth Control:
When attempting to create VLANs or configure Bandwidth Control, we encounter an error message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact our technical support."
  2. LAN Configuration Issue:
While trying to create a new LAN under Omada, the following warning message appears:
"No available LAN Port. Please go to (PATH) to enable the desired LAN Port."
Despite selecting all interfaces, the issue persists.
  3. Internet Settings Error:
Under Settings > Internet > Wired & Wireless Networks > Internet, we face the same error message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact our technical support."
