CCTV Footage Not Stored After PC Reboot: VIGI Security Manager Issue

Product: TP-Link C540-W
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Build 240914 Rel.62747n
IP Address: Static IP
PC Information (where VIGI Security Manager is installed)
OS: Windows 11 (24H2, 26100.2605)
Wireless LAN Card: Intel AX210 160MHz
Wireless LAN Card Driver Version: 23.80.0.7
VIGI Security Manager Version: 1.7.2
Both the C540-W and the PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Following the instructions in the following link, I configured my PC to save the CCTV footage:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2897/
However, the problem is that after the PC is rebooted, it stops saving the footage.
I configured VIGI Security Manager to launch automatically when Windows starts.

@Clive_A Live View works fine. For the Virtual NVR, only the recordings from before the reboot remain. (After removing and re-adding the device, and re-enabling "Enable Record on Computer for all cameras," recording on the PC resumes.)
We have a reproduction of the issue on a different wireless model.
Here is the mechanism:
When the PC is restarted but has not yet connected to the SSID, VSM is started. At this time, the device will display offline on the Live View page. If your PC is connected to the SSID at this time, even if the Live View shows that the stream is successfully pulled online, the recording storage icon in the upper right corner will disappear, which means that the storage function is disabled.
After the reboot, check whether the PC has been started and entered into VSM before connecting to the network. If so, after restarting the PC, let the customer wait until the PC is connected to the SSID before starting to enter VSM. If the customer has enabled the PC to automatically enter VSM upon startup, it is recommended to turn off this function first, and then troubleshoot as described above.

Hi @RHEL
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
It stops recording but the camera still shows up as connected and the settings are the same way as it works. Is that correct?
I think this could be the software design. I want to know if everything stays in the same way or not after the reboot and relaunch the app.

@Clive_A When I reboot my PC, VIGI Security Manager automatically launches, and the camera is displayed normally. The "Record on Computer (24/7 Recording)" setting also remains enabled. However, the footage is not being recorded on the PC.

Does it work properly for the live stream?
Everything is working fine after the reboot, in local access, but the storage for virtual NVR?

@Clive_A This solution resolved the issue. Do you have plans to fix this bug in future updates to VMS?

@Clive_A I don't get the solution and the expected behavior,
I'm having the same issue, we have over 60 cameras, and when the PC reboots, for example during a long power outage or PC maintenance, ALL the cameras stop recording, even if the recording on the local computer and storage schedule is enabled and set to 24/7, and VIGI Security manager is configured to start on boot too.
Clicking the batch operation to enable recording on all cameras does not start the recording,
The fix I found is to manually go to each camera and click the "Save" button again to start the recording again after a restart,
but sometimes this does not work too, I have to delete and re-add the camera locally on the VIGI security manager which also deletes ALL recording.
All cameras including the PC where VIGI security manager is installed are connected on the same network via Ethernet cable, not WiFi,
We have VIGI C230 1.0 and C330 1.0 cameras.
