Firmware Version: 1.33.5 Build 20241211 Rel.56151

I am having issue with SMTP server settings for Hotmail. 

 

I am using this articale How to use an Encrypted SMTP Server on an Omada SDN Controller | TP-Link for configuring mail server but still having issues. Am I missing something.

Please describe more specifically about the issue you are having, and also send us the screenshots of the config page.

 

If convenient, please also test with another email address other than outlook.com.

  @Vincent-TP I have tried both Gmail & Hotmail. In both cases, I am not receiving mails from Omada. Even test mail not coming.

Please share with us a screenshot of your config.

 

What kind of controller are you using? And what's the firmware version?

 

If you are using a hardware controller, please make sure it's connected to the Internet.

  @Vincent-TP I have tried with Google account by creating new account and it is working fine. Now the problem with only outlook mail id.
