Hi  @Jeesoon1

Po 1 indicates Port Channel 1; it refers to the LAG port.

As for the firmware update button, it's because we had recalled the cloud push for the new firmware of the switch (due to some issues), so there is no newer firmware detected.

Once we have fixed the known issue on the firmware, we will publish it again.

Hi  @Jeesoon1

Did you change the name of any port?

Or is it a LAG port?

You may check on the port details and see if there is any port named Po 1.

  @Vincent-TP .

For reference, i have a LAG setup with just a LAG1 name. No profile named Po1

 Hi @Jeesoon1

Thanks for the info.

To locate the issue, please tell us the following info:

1. What kind of controller are you using? What's the hardware and firmware version of the controller?

2. What's the model number of the switch? What's the firmware version and hardware version of the switch?

  @Vincent-TP

1. I am using OC300 v1.0 with firmware 1.26.6 Build 20241101 Rel.41385

2. The switch in question is a TL-SG3428MP v4.0 with firmware 4.0.11 Build 20240920 Rel.36317

oh and i just noticed, the update / upgrade firmware link is missing now on some device that is not updated.

 link usually in the red line.
