HTTP status-BAD REQUEST

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: VERSION 3.2.14

I tried to print selected voucher codes but an error appears "HTTP status-BAD REQUEST". But if I tried to print all unused there is no error, I could print successfully. Asking for your assistance please.

Try refreshing the web browser.

Hi, what's the hardware and firmware version of the OC200 you are using?

Did you upload your own certification on the controller?

Please also share a screenshot of the error message page.

Did you upload your own certification on the controller?-I don't know how to upload the certification. Can you give guidelines on how to upload the same?

what's the hardware and firmware version of the OC200 you are using?please see attached.

There is no attachment of the OC200's firmware.

Please refer to the following to upload your own certifications:

In the meantime, it's recommended to upgrade the OC200 to the latest pre-release version:
