hello i got 2 question

1) How can i save HD resolution mode when view on apps & monitor , its keep change to default SD , everytime i login i need too manual change to HD mode resolution

2) how can i remove ai tracker ? green square on live view , i dont see the setting

1. Cellular data protection. No option.

2. Did you enable AI tracking? There is a function on the NVR which is based on the AI. I am not sure if you mean the actual AI on the system. That's not available yet.

You mean the human/movement tracking? Go and check your motion detection.
