No Internet Wan
Hello, have problem. After 12-14 days router show that it is connected to internet have ip address from ISP, but in real life no internet connection. After i manuali reboot router everything works just fine. How i understod in other forum topics controller dont have schedule reboot. What could i do? This is uncomfortable to doit from local network.
I think the problem is because ISP address change and router dont get updated...

Thanks for posting in our business forum.
As you have read other posts since it plays a role as the controller and the controller does not support reboot itself on schedule, you could consider a smart plug with a smart schedule to cut and supply power which is a workaround but not safe if there is any auto-update is enabled.
Or you should manually reboot it via the controller page.
If you need to debug what could be wrong with the WAN, you should first review if you can ping the public DNS server and check if you can get an Internet when it shows as connected but not really got Internet.
In addition, the WAN type and some checks from your end to the ISP end. Also contacted ISP support to see what could be wrong. At least they should be capable of checking what was wrong as it does not connect. I would not buy it if the ISP says everything is fine on their end while you look like you have disconnected from their server. They should have a log as well.
