  @Vincent-TP

I figured it out. I had to delete the network essentials on my cloud management site, and then create a new connection using my home controller. Once I put in the device key the cloud reconnected and now I can connect via the local IP also. As I suspected it was the cloud essentials configuration that was getting in the way. That was difficult to figure out how to delete, but once it was gone things started working again.

Hi  @robcool

Thanks for sharing this with us.

To delete a site, you need to launch the controller, and click this button:

  @Vincent-TP

Thank you. As I said, I figured it out. The process of deleting the site was a little more complicated than just hitting that button, but with time I was able to delete it. Once it was gone the problem was solved.
