Hi

I have 2 separate networks one home and one remote.

The home network has an ER605 gateway controlled by an OC200, this one has an option under the services menu to set up a scheduled reboot for gateway and EAP's.

The remote network has the same ER605 & EAP controlled by cloud controller, i cannot find the scheduled reboot option on the cloud controller can some one where to find it ?

Hi @corkscrew22

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Are they on the same Controller version? Major version.

What kind of cloud controller do you use?

Model numbers of your devices.

  @Clive_A

so gateways are exact same models at home site and remote site

TP-Link ER605 Omada      Model ER605(UN) v2.0

The EAP on the remote site is a EAP245(AC1750)    Model EAP245(US) v3.0

The oc200 at home site is version as per screenshot

The cloud controller is as this screenshot

Hi @corkscrew22

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

It should be a controller-compatible issue. I think the new Essential controller is not as latest as the OC200 or software controller. You might consult this matter with the controller team.
