Eap110 outdoor resetting to factory defaults intermittently
Is there any resolution for this please?
My power source is stable and I've done updating it to the latest firmware as well but it doesn't fix the problem.
Please help.

Hi @Ven18
Please make sure you are using the original power supply. And have tried different working cables.
If the issue persists, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.

@d0ugmac1 yes your doubt is true, neither firmware or adaptor, the fault is in the devices itself. very smart also durable product, broken after out warranty, i'm very mind blowing how tplink can design this product, very intellegent.
This device is outdoor category but i use in indoor, mean its should be more durable right ? because indoor usage more clean environment.
I bought this devices on 2020 and now trashed in 2024, my other devices other brand still work properly.
only tp-link, I have switch tl-sg108e also broken, and i already ask on my local reapair and they informed me that the controller chip is broken, if replace is prices same as new devices.
also tplink in my region indonesia, does'nt support repair services, so i should buy new devices that i will not buy from tplink anymore.
thanks also goodbye tplink.

I believe that TP-Link know that there is an issue as I have had the same problem with two separate V3 EAP110 Outdoor units. The first was returned under warranty and I received a refund from the vendor. The current unit is out of warranty, so I contacted support, however after a lengthy conversation via chat, it seems they're not interested in resolving this. I was referred again to the reseller, however, I want TP-Link to acknowledge that there is a problem and provide a fix for it. The design is also flawed, because the factory defaults leave your network exposed and readily accessible.
I believe there is possibly a VRAM corruption problem. TP- Link, if you have a firmware fix please issue it, if not please inform your customers instead of referring them back to the reseller. @Ven18
