Model: EAP650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.15

When setting rate limits for an SSID in controller, on 5ghz the limit per client seems to be hard limited to around 220mbit down despite the rate limit profile being set to 800mbit or any value higher than 220 mbit

As soon as the profile is adjusted to uncheck upload/download limits or the SSID is switched to the unlimited profile, normal higher speeds return instantly.

5ghz radio is operating on 160mhz, AX/AC/N mode.  This effects all APs despite broadcast channel setting, OFDMA setting and Airtime Fairness setting.

Speeds measured at 3m line-of sight to each access point.  Change to higher speed is immediate upon removing the limit on the profile or SSID.

controller firmware: 1.31.3

ER8411 firmware: 1.2.1

SG3452 firmware 1.20.1

EAP650 firmwares: 1.0.15
