How can adopt Omada gateways into Omada Controller without losing teh full configuration on the gateways. We already tried pre-configured all the data in Omada Controller but when adopt the gateway, this lose all configuration and Omada Controller didn't provisioning with the configurations
How do you pre-configure the controller's settings? Normally, once you connect the gateway to the controller, the gateway will apply the settings you made on the controller ever since. Also, could you please tell me the firmware version of your controller and gateway? You should also ensure that they are compatible. Do you also set a static IP address for the Omada controller? It should reside on the same subnet as your gateway.How to add an Omada Gateway to the network?
