I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the OC200. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Reset the OC200: There should be a small reset button on the OC200. Press and hold it for about 10 seconds until the LED light starts flashing quickly, then release it. The OC200 will restart and restore to factory default settings. The default IP address of OC200 is 192.168.0.253.

2. Check the Network Cable: Make sure the Ethernet cable connecting the OC200 to your router is in good condition and securely connected.

3. Check the Power Supply: Ensure the OC200 is receiving adequate power. If it's powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), the PoE injector or switch might not be supplying enough power.

4. Disable Firewall/Security Software: Sometimes, firewall or security software on your computer can block access to the OC200. Try disabling them temporarily and see if you can access the OC200.

5. Use a Different Browser: Try accessing the OC200's IP address using a different web browser. It's possible that the browser you're currently using is causing the issue.
