Model: EAP660 HD
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20240314 Rel. 38284

My phone all of a sudden gets very slow download on Vlan1 yet it gets full download on any other Vlan. All my other devices on Vlan1 still get full download. I don't understand how this can happen. My phone used to get full download on Vlan1.

  @DRSie

Disconnect the wireless network, and reconnect, will it help?  Or turn off the wifi button on your phone, and turn it on.

  @DRSie it's not a good practice to put everything on same VLAN, especially VLAN 1. Because VLAN 1 is the default VLAN. If you just simple put everything on VLAN 1, the performance can be getting worse. For example, you adding more devices to it, or even worse, some devices are sending abnormal multicast/broadcast traffic, like Apple Bonjour or some IoT devices send a lot mDNS multicast packet that can congest the whole network, occupying your AP's air interface, or even cause AP high CPU utilization.

You can try to separate your network by creating a different VLAN. Here is a good example on how to do it.

there is some good guide on internet

  @TOHanks That is why I made vlans. I have two computers and two phones on vlan1. I have another vlan for smart devices. One for cameras and one for echos.

if you suspect it's the AP's issue, you can try the troubleshooting method mentioned on this FAQ, like iperf to check. https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/faq/4120/
