Devices disappear from list on the Omada v5.14.0.11 + ER605 v2.2.4
My network topology is:
Omada controller v5.14.0.11, running on a Linux virtual machine, managing an ER605 router (v2.2.4).
Connected to the router, I have an SG108E switch (v6.6 1.0.0 build 20230218).
Connected to the switch, I have a DECO XE75, configured as an access point, and all WiFi devices are connected to it.
The problem is that most WiFi devices disappear from the list of connected devices. If I restart the router, all WiFi devices appear, but after 15 minutes, most of them disappear, leaving only a few devices.
They disappear from the list, but they work normally.
I updated Omada to 5.14.20.9 version, but in this version, all devices no show anymore. I rolled back the Omeda to 5.14.0.11 version.
Someone with the same issue or something like that?

I have 33 devices, now is showing 19. All devices appear as wired, but I have at least 18 Wi-Fi devices.
Most are smart switches, cellphones, and secure cam that disappear.

Ok then I understand. it is by definition not a device but a client.
but ok, yes, I've seen the same thing, it's always been like that. I have a similar setup at my kids home, there I have ER605v2 as a router and everything else is unifi where client appears randomly in Omada,,
I also have a lab at work with ER707-M2 where I have cisco switches which client are almost never visible under the client tab. At home I have a full Omada stack where all clients are visible all the time.
Unifi, which has a lot in common with Omada, has exactly the same problem, so it probably has something to do with how the system is built.
I don't think it will help, but you can try and enable LLDP on the router to see if it gets any better.

Hi @Kabello
Our engineers find some possible roots of this issue. We are going to fix it in next controller version.
The problem occurs when you only have one Omada Gateway adopted, no other Omada devices. So if you want a quick solution, is to add another Omada switch/AP to the network.

Thanks for answering.
Remembering that in version 5.14.20.9, the problem is even worse, cause' no device is shown.
Thanks again

Hi @Fae
Today I installed the new version 5.14.26.1 and unfortunately the problem persists.
This new version did not fix the problem.

I updated to Omada v5.14.30.7 and ER606 to v2.2.6, but this issue remains.
You said that yours engineers found some possible roots of this issue, and they would fix it in next controller version, but unfortunately it didn't happen.
Any idea how to fix it?
Thanks
