Omada NTP Server

For isolated environment, it would really help if Omada router or controller could act as an NTP Server.
Some applications can be very time sensitive and not all hardware is able to keep time. With Omada controlling the WAN access, it would be helpful to allow Omada to act as an NTP Server.
