Hello, My OC200 is bricked due to a power outage that occurred five or more times. I can't access the cloud or see it on my router. I used to be able to see the name of my oc200 when I connected it to my router, but now I can't because my controller no longer received internet connection. I tried the recovery mode (https://www.tp-link.com/no/support/faq/3114/) and it still does not work; please assist me in resolving this issue.

 

Note: I've used micro usb and adapter output 3.0A.

May I know whether you are still able to power on it? Have you tried to reset and use any other power supply?

If rather, you can try to contact the support team and assist you check the warranty.
