Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version:

I have one filter-wifi connected to one EAP245 v3.

I enter in the app of the filter to check it, and the app only shows me the filter if i am connected to the same wifi. If i am in 5g, i cant see the filter in the app.

May i have to change some configuration of the EAP to i could see the filter in the app if i am with 5g in the telephone?

As far as I know, if you want to detect the filter, you need to make sure that the filter and your phone are connected to the same network. So if you connect to EAP245's wifi, the app will be able to detect it, but if you switch to 5G, it will not. You can also try contacting your filter's support for help.
