Hi,

Can someone help me find out how to upgrade the controller to the latest version on Synology docker version with keep all the data.

And one more question.

By all of my customers, I have problem with PING. Customers expirience that the website is loading too slow, while the client is close nearby.

Please refer to this guide to know how to install the Omada SDN Controller on the Linux system: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3272/

You can first download the firmware from our official website and then use the above link to update it.

 

Regarding the ping latency issue, are you connecting to the 2.4G network? If you are, as it is easier to get interference, so there could be some ping latency.

The problem with loading websites may be related to DNS. You can try setting the DNS to something like Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. You can also try some network optimization settings to ensure that the wireless connection is good.
