Can't unlink cloud

I am running the Omada cloud controller on an Ubuntu system for my network. Over the past few days, I have lost access by the cloud. I was able to remove the account from the cloud website, but when I try to unlink from my controller, the system freezes, and the account remains. Is there a way to remedy this?
