CPE is a VLAN-Passthrough device, the image shows your CPEs are working properly, what is the issue?

@Virgo I have those 2 units connected to my network and on the client side I have a TL-SG2008P 8 port switch and a EAP115(US) v4.0 AP.
The switch is adpoted but the AP will not readopt nore can you connect to the ap and get internet, I have a turned off and on the POE port the AP is connected to and turned to power off to all devices and back on, it will not adopt, only thing I have not done is move the AP to the main switch to adpopt and updat if needed, any other thoughts

The switch can be adopted, but the AP can not. It proves the issue isn't on the CPE at least otherwise I don't think the switch can be managed properly.
Did you set any VLAN or ACL on the switch port? If you connect the AP to the client CPE, can it be adopted? ping the AP IP, can you ping through?
