portal doesn't pop-up
Good day. why My omada voucher doesn't open login in pop-up it's blank page, how to solve it?

May I know did you test it with different client devices?
Please confirm whether the Voucher rules have expired. You may create a new voucher rule for testing.
Please also confirm this Android device isn't in the Block list.

yes, i already tried with many devices but still the same problem. there's no blocked device.
befor the latest updates it was just working fine àfter i update to latest version this issues happened. I'm using omada (OC200) hardware controller since 2020 but this happened when i upgraded to the latest version software.

May I know the current firmware version of your OC200 and the previous version before you upgraded it?
Please open a web browser manually after connecting the phone to the Portal for testing.
A newer 5.12 Beta firmware for OC200 has been released for trial, you may follow below link to upgrade for testing.
