Hi, I would like to request a feature wherein the Voucher Validity Time is based on the DAY the voucher was first used.

Current Voucher Validity Option only allow general validity period wherein both Used and Unused vouchers will expire on a specified date.

I would like to see a voucher validity period option that allow us to set another expiration based on the first instance of voucher usage, for example 3 days after the first log in.

Example Use Case Scenario

Duration Type: VOUCHER

TIMING: BY USAGE

Voucher Duration: 5 hours of ACTUAL USAGE.

Voucher Condition: Valid for 3 days from first usage/login

Voucher Expiration Time: December 31, 2023

^ above setting should "EXPIRE" the voucher after the 3rd day of first usage even if the voucher expiration time is december 31

Don't choose By Usage, choose By Time.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

Hi  @Virgo ,

If you use by time, the usage count will continue even if you disconnect from the network. It will follow the voucher time, non stop.

Whereas if you use by Usage, the usage count/timer will pause when you are disconnected from the network and will continue when you are reconnected. Thus for some client, the voucher can last them up to 30 days because at the current setting, it will only expire when the time is fully consumed. With my request, the voucher will expire on a specified period based on the first log in day or when the time allocation is fully consumed whichever comes first.
